  • Led Taiwan and India software team of 20+ engineers in developing, debugging BSP for various embedded projects
    and EAPI based SEMA software for embedded device management.
  • Successfully led 10+ development ODM projects and 20+ OEM projects, meeting deadlines and reducing
    time-to-market by 15%.
  • Ensure timely delivery of releases by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Engage engineers and other teams to
    identify and remove blockers so progress is smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Effectively handling risk assessment/mitigation, Issues prioritization, Backlog management with the internal
    stakeholders.
